Chief Operating Officer
Jason Dodson has been in the real estate industry for 18 years as a title examiner and Realtor. Jason has worked with a variety of real estate professionals in ensuring timely closings throughout central Kentucky. His prior experience as a title examiner and Realtor provides a unique skill set of knowing the real estate transaction from contract to close. Presently, Jason serves as co-founder and Chief Operations Officer of Blue Rock Title in Lexington Kentucky.
Daniel (Dan) H. Miller has served as a real estate closing attorney for over 30 years in Central Kentucky. His practice has represented residential and commercial mortgage lenders, real estate agents and brokers, property investors, builders, developers, homeowner associations, and he has handled general real estate matters in Court. His clients have asked him to serve as a board member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of the Bluegrass, Realtor-Community Housing Foundation, and BIA Cares (formerly known as Home Builders Care). He has served his profession as Chair of the Real Property Section of the Kentucky Bar Association and the Fayette County Bar Association.
Dan grew up in Winchester, Kentucky and attended the University of Kentucky where he became a member of the Kappa Alpha Order (BBA, 1982). He attended the University of Louisville School of Law (now known as the Brandeis School of Law) where he was elected by fellow students to serve on the Moot Court Board and was selected to serve on the staff of the Journal of Law & Education (Juris Doctor, 1988).
He is admitted to practice in Kentucky, U.S. District Court (Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky) and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Miller has served the Commonwealth on the Kentucky Heritage Council under Governor Fletcher and Steve Beshear, and serves the local community on the Fayette County Board of Elections. He has served as an officer and board member of the Rotary Club of Lexington and is a Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International.
An Eagle Scout, he has served as an adult leader in Cub Scout Pack 73, Boy Scout Troop 73, and Venture Scout Crew 73, all chartered to Centenary United Methodist Church where he attends. He has served the Blue Grass Council, Boy Scouts of America as District Chairman and Council President, and has been presented Scouting’s District Award of Merit, Silver Beaver Award, and the Outstanding Eagle Scout Award given by the National Eagle Scout Association.
